That message usually appears when GitHub Actions are disabled at the account or organization level — often for new accounts, flagged usage, or inactive repositories. Try these quick steps: Go to Settings → Actions → General in your repository and check that “Allow all actions and reusable workflows” is selected. If this happens across all repositories, visit https://github.com/settings/billing For student or recently created accounts, GitHub may temporarily disable Actions by default — you can contact GitHub Support They usually re-enable Actions within 24–48 hours once they confirm the account is valid. |
