Pareil, quota atteint. Malgré un nouveau budget les modèles payants ne sont pas actifs et ils basculent en 4.1, et le nouveau budget reste a 0€ sur les 10. |

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone from the GitHub team or the community can help me with this issue. I've been stuck for a while and have tried everything I can think of.
Plan: GitHub Copilot Pro+ ($39/month) — active subscription
IDE: VS Code (latest version)
Problem
My premium request usage has reached 100.3%. Since then, all premium models (Claude Sonnet 4, Claude Opus, etc.) are completely blocked in VS Code. I keep getting this message:
The problem is — I HAVE already enabled additional paid premium requests.
My current budget configuration
As you can see, both are set to Stop usage: No with a $10 budget each. Yet the system shows $0 spent, which means it's not processing any overage billing at all. I am willing to pay $0.04/request for additional usage, but the system simply won't let me through.
What I've already tried (none of these worked)
Nothing has changed. Premium models remain blocked.
Impact
I'm a full-time data engineer working on time-sensitive projects. I rely heavily on premium models (especially Claude Sonnet 4) for writing ETL pipelines, debugging complex data processing logic, and working with large codebases. Being forced to use only GPT-4.1 is significantly affecting my productivity.
I upgraded to Pro+ specifically for the expanded premium allowance and access to advanced models. It feels pointless if I can't even pay for additional requests when the quota runs out.
