Citation.cff "Cite this repository" renders underneath central column

Hi all,
We're just experimenting with github's CITATION.cff support. However it seems to render with the wrong z-index or similar, with most of the popup is hidden underneath the files section:

I've had this confirmed by several team members on various browsers & platforms
