You can add a custom license by creating a LICENSE (or LICENSE.txt) file in your repository and pasting your custom text there. The GitHub UI helper only offers common templates, but custom text is allowed. Legal note: consider using a standard, well-understood license (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0) or consult legal advice before publishing a custom license — wording affects copyright and usage terms. |
