The slack integration for organizations and teams, have the ability to Ignore Draft PRs. However the individual slackbot notifications does not.

GIVEN I enabled the GitHub slack bot integration
WHEN the 9:00 am daily summary happens
THEN I only see non-draft PRs that require a review

Draft pull requests should be excluded from the summary since they represent work that is still in progress and not yet ready for reviewer attention.

Adding an option to ignore draft pull requests for Slackbot summaries would make the notifications more relevant and consistent with the existing organization and team Slack integration features.
