The NxtGit client was developed using GitHub APIs and aims to provide a lighter interface for managing repositories and commits. Really cool project! Building a GitHub client from scratch using the GitHub API is a great learning experience and NxtGit looks like a solid start.
A few thoughts after checking it out:
The emphasis on simplicity and speed is the right approach — GitHub Desktop can feel heavy for quick tasks, so there's definitely a gap for a lighter client.
Some feedback that could help improve it:

Adding keyboard shortcuts would make it feel much faster for power users
A clear README with screenshots or a GIF demo would help people understand what it does at a glance before installing
Consider adding offline caching for repo data so it stays responsive even with slow connections

Keep building on it — lightweight dev tools always find an audience. Would love to see where this goes!
