Request to release email from suspended GitHub account

Hello GitHub Community,

I am a beginner learning Git and GitHub for automation projects. Recently, my GitHub account sathwikbhonagiri-dbt was suspended.

I believe the issue might have been caused by a workflow I created using GitHub Actions. I used a cron schedule (*/5 * * * *) to run a Python script every 5 minutes. The script checks my Clockify time entries and sends a notification to Google Chat when a new entry is detected. I created this project only for learning automation and APIs.

At that time I did not know that using GitHub Actions as a scheduled task for interacting with third-party services could violate GitHub's Terms of Service. I sincerely apologize if my workflow unintentionally broke any rules. I now understand that GitHub Actions should mainly be used for CI/CD workflows such as building, testing, and deploying code.

I contacted GitHub Support and they informed me that the account restriction will remain. My request now is to kindly release my email address [teenusathwik.bhonagiri@databeat.io](mailto:teenusathwik.bhonagiri@databeat.io) from the suspended account so that I can create a new GitHub account and continue learning GitHub properly while following all policies.

This project was only for educational purposes to learn APIs, Python automation, and webhooks. I truly value GitHub as a platform for learning and development, and I will make sure to use it appropriately in the future.

If anyone from the GitHub team or community can guide me on how to request the release of my email address from the suspended account, I would greatly appreciate the help.

My GitHub account sathwikbhonagiri-dbt was recently suspended. I contacted GitHub Support and they informed me that the restriction will remain.

However, I would like to request that my email address [teenusathwik.bhonagiri@databeat.io](mailto:teenusathwik.bhonagiri@databeat.io) be released from the suspended account so that I can create a new GitHub account using the same email.

My previous support ticket was closed and I cannot reopen it. Could someone guide me on how I can request email release in this situation?
