Starting a new application takes me to the pricing page

Hi everyone,

I had applied for Github Copilot Student Developer Pack awhile ago, and now it was rejected. After addressing the issues that college email has to be verified and your location must be in college, etc, I have tried to reapply for the Github Copilot Student Developer Pack, it now directs me to the Github Pricing page. After waiting a week, its still the same.
I need help on what could to be done next or if anyone had the same issue please help out, I would appreciate it.

first Clear GitHub Cache / Try Different Browser Sometimes it is just a session issue
and if you provide me exact error screenshot then i can tell you exactly why it is happening and how to fix it
