Unable to get Student Developer Pack | Help!!

I have been trying to get the student developer pack for few days now, I have all the documents - school id, .ac.in email id, Transcript (result certificate) tried these to upload and did so multiple times as well.
Got rejected everytime.
I don't know why is this happening
Billing information matches my name on the School id
I don't see what's wrong here

yeah, actually i had the student developer pack on another account of mine, since i didnt want to professsinaly have two accounts i deleted that one ( it had my acdemic id) then i connected my academic/college id to this main account - also verfied and everything. Now i dont know why i cant get access to student pack earlier it got instantly, now its frustrating maybe something is wrong with their application process too cuz the images seems to be gettitng blurred even with no motion whatsoever while clicking picture. No option to upload documents as well ( ig) . all we can do is wait! :(
