I want to rebuild that template card but can't figure out how to do

I want to rebuild the Living Room Card. Can somebody help me for sharing the yaml code as an copy of this?
And it looks like, that if there is motion the smal icon with movement appears? Is this right. Sorr for my bad english.

It is a template card.

You have to decide what to display for all aspect of the card, using text or jinja2 templates:

• icon
• icon color
• primary info
• secondary info
• badge icon
• badge icon color
