Moved the stats.json file to data/stats.json.

Started. Cribbed from of feedToMasto. I've always wanted a little feed reader that didn't depend on FeedLand and the websockets interface. Sometimes it's overkill.

Stores all its data in stats.json in the same folder as the app by default, but is configurable.
