Error when I try to add new item in "Menu (Start Program)" tab

When I click the "+" button under the "Menu (Start Program)" tab, I receive this error.

This error only exists when I use v1.43. This does not happen in 1.42.

OS: Windows 11 Pro
SmartContextMenu: v1.43
