[Feature] Add Feather as a share target

Currently attempting to install an IPA downloaded via Telegram requires four steps:

1. Click on the downloaded IPA in Telegram
2. Save it to downloads
3. Find it in the Files app
4. Click on it

In comparison ESign can be directly selected from the share sheet that appears.

@khcrysalis Does that mean that it’s a Feather bug? How does it look on your side? Note that I’m not asking for it to appear in the “Open with” list (it already does) but as a “Share to” target (cf my screenshots).

@khcrysalis I don’t see NSExtensionActivationRule implemented anywhere. Did I miss something?

You're free to make a pr, but I don't recall that being needed for it to appear when sharing from telegram. As it worked fine before.

Maybe you were opening the file itself rather than opening it through the share panel. On my end Swiftgram doesn’t seem to be able to open downloaded files directly, I can only share them.

I’ll try to think about a PR one day but right now I’m really busy with other projects and work

@khcrysalis OK so there is something weird on my end. If I install Feather with the original bundle ID (thewonderofyou.Feather) or modify it to any random bundle ID then it appears in the share sheet in Swiftgram. EXCEPT if I install Feather with the bundle ID that corresponds to my .mobileprovision file. Any ideas what could be going on? I’m using ESign to install Feather

Yes I just wanted to report that. I can share to Feather from Telegram and it opens Feather but the iPA doesn't get imported. I just see the Library page but nothing happens there
