Windsurf: support dot shorthands in Dart

There's a new syntax in Dart and Flutter:
.only instead of EdgeInsets.only
.start instead of CrossAxisAlignment.start and so on
Windsurf constantly offers me a full line:

That's truly annoying.
global_rules.md do not help.
