You should make the oauth_api_base_url arg in the constructor a kwarg as we don't need it anymore to be mandatory

According to the above documentation, it looks like it is mandatory to make request to the OAuth API.
I didn't succeed to make request to the APIv1 with OAuth authentication otherwise.
