Feedback: "Define the vision is both in the End of As-Is and in the beginning of To-Be - with different contents. --> Homogenize or leave only one (merge)"
Action needed: Clarify why two times activities on vision definition are needed (the one in the as-is phase is meant as a ending brainstorming activity to prepare for to-be phase)
