Update UI with Hack 2023 designs

• Update background with Carnival theme
• Update "SCHEDULE" title with new colors + font
• Maintain favoriting filter and reset functionality when selected date is changed
• Maintain styling of date selector, only change colors + fonts
• Change colors + constraints + corner radius of Event cards
