Custom Module Manager should not start with earlier webtrees versions than 2.2 #2
Description
As long as no mechanism for version management is available (i.e. which custom module can be used for which webtrees version), Custom Module Manager should not start with earlier webtrees versions than 2.2, because wrong updates might be applied.
