Update existing pathology pipeline with changes in Pathology MetaTensors #5078
Description
Existing pathology pipelines (tumor metastasis detection and multiple instance learning) should be updated by the changes in pathology components especially for updated metadata in WSIReader and MetaTensor in WSI datasets.
