Request: MatAutoCompleteList Vertical scrollbar

In a future release it would be nice to have an attribute to enable a scroll bar on the dropdown results.

If my drop down has a long list, I have to scroll the whole page, but it would be nice to have the dropdown to only expand the distance to the bottom of the View Window, and then enable a scrollbar within the dropdown to scroll to see the rest of the items.

As a workaround, I add my on override CSS.

So previously, if I had the attribute NumberOfElementsInPopup set to 100, it would cause the list pop up to open showing all 100 and forcing the user to scroll the whole website.

I added the following to my CSS to set a max height and allow a scroll bar. And that gives the desired affect I wanted in this request.

.mat-autocomplete-list-popup { min-height: 2rem; max-height: 30rem; overflow-y: auto; }

If there was a way to provide this functionality as another attribute then that would be great.
