Bug: SSAO/xeGTAO doesn't work for me at all and create some weird bug

Describe the bug

I write for me because it's only happen for me for some reason

In the past ssao worked fine for me, i can't tell how it's happening but remember having this bug since 14 february (can be more actually) and now it's

context : i bind my r_ssao 1 and r_ssao 0 and I'm spamming so we can see the difference

you can see in the start of the video when ssao is on because portal will be darker and my fps fall

at 0:29 with r_ssao 1 when i'm close to a wall, you can see a black shadow which it's shouldn't be here

pc spec :
driver nvidia : 581,80

GPU GTX 980TI

CPU : RYZEN 5 5500

I got 32go in ddr4
