Bug: Empty fields in Entity Report crashes Hammer

Describe the bug

If you enable a checkbox in Entity Report while the fields are empty, Hammer will hang and permanent freeze. Sometimes you have to click it twice first.

To Reproduce

1. Open a map in Hammer
2. Go to Tools > Entity Report
3. Enable the checkboxes without putting something in them

Expected Behavior

Hammer should not crash from the entity report.

Did some testing with this, seems like it's not quite crashing, just being really inefficient and laggy.

For me if I enable and disable the keyvalue filter while empty Hammer hangs and freezes
