PHP 8.5 | CallRerouting: Using `null` as an array offset is deprecated

Getting deprecation warnings for the following lines:

I've had a quick look and aside from a couple of obvious one, I basically need debug backtraces for the deprecation notices to figure out where to fix this properly as the file + line number in the deprecation notices is absolutely useless in the context of Patchwork.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get that working, so for now, I'm out of luck.

PR #180 should get rid of some of the notices anyway, so whomever looks at this next can focus on the underlying problem.
