weather.for(time) problem

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the gem, I love it. This is the first time I'm using the weather.for part of the gem and I am getting a nil back even when using your example. The only time it does work is when I pass in the current time.

Barometer doesn't retrieve results for historical weather, only from the current and forecasted data returned from each weather service. Thus, weather.for can only be used to get results from the set of returned results.
