Description of changes:
k8s versions are outdated and needs to be up-to-date. Users shift their workloads to new versions and expect NTH to perform smoothly with new versions, upgrading test versions will let us know if NTH supports latest k8s versions.
How you tested your changes:
Tested in fork repo, ran the e2e tests workflow to figure out if the tests pass.
