process custom tag links if not correct format

## Context

custom codepen and media tag needs to check that codepen url is correct embed url. Video media aspect ratio is also not being set to 16:9.

## Expected Behavior

iframe will load if user uses direct or embed link.

## Current Behavior

What is the current behavior?

depending on the codepen link, some direct links work and some do not.
