fix: handled login & region error, use manifest fle as default input

• Handle error in all commands if region isn't set, user isn't logged in
• app:create command auto select organisation if user logged in via OAuth
• If user is in app directory and running app commands without any flags use manifest.json as default input
• After success guide them to the stack to try the app - in success message
