Handle unsorted inputs to `QuasisepSolver`

The QuasisepSolver requires the inputs to be sorted in the space produced by coord_to_sortable, but it doesn't enforce that. It wouldn't be hard to add an (optional) argsort somewhere to get this to work more generally.
