Remove `@sentry/opentelemetry` dependency from Nuxt SDK

Problem statement

The Nuxt SDK has a direct dependency on @sentry/opentelemetry with no apparent usage. This is problematic because it pulls in @opentelemetry/instrumentation@0.200.0.

Investigate and remove the direct dependency.
