set-output is deprecated

Getting the following warning for both the github/codeql-action/init@v2 and github/codeql-action/analyze@v2 actions.

Thank you for posting this. We are aware of the new deprecation of set-ouput, and are working on a fix.

I figured you guys where (being Github and all, lol), but I did not see an issue or a fix, so figured it needed to be explicitly stated. Helps others track as well.

Will that be added to the v2 version? Or do you mean a v3 version? (the former means there is nothing I need to do, the later means I need to keep an eye out for updates)

It will be in v2. There is nothing you need to do.
