Description

This adds the workflows for onboarding the project to use shared release workflows.

Requirements:

  • input passed - pub-hk-ubuntu-24.04-ip runner for public repo
  • input passed - Package manager: yarn

Generated Files

  • Release config files (.github/release-configs/) have been generated from release-channels.yml
  • Manifest files initialized with version 3.1.1 (verified from npm)
  • Dependabot config (.github/dependabot.yml) and PR template (.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md) added

Additional Information

  • Bootstrap SHA: ac230bea5ae1aab5677303f99996d04d5c4c1b1c - 3.1.1

The release configs have been initialized with bootstrap-sha set to the latest published release commit. This ensures release-please only tracks commits from this point forward, not the entire repository history.
