Oracle GraalVM 25 is missing

Due to the changes in the Oracle GraalVM release process, the metadata of new Oracle GraalVM releases is missing right now.

Working pull requests are welcome, but I will probably not do this myself unless Oracle provides machine readable metadata for the Oracle GraalVM releases (and https://www.graalvm.org/ does NOT provide this).
