[Update] Deploy an AI Chatbot and RAG Pipeline for Inferencing on LKE

This PR fixes a few issues present in the initial publication of the guide. Changes include:

• Changes an H1 heading to an H2 heading (this was impacting the ToC)
• Updated diagram graphic
• Updated both the model used to generate embeddings and the specific Llama 3 model used on Hugging Face
• Refined command used to check pods
• Added details about the CrashLoopBackOff state for some pods
