- Replace root src/ with NewArch Fabric source (custom Navigation.tsx, enhanced keyboard/accessibility, ModalExamplePage) - Replace windows/ native project: XAML/UWP → Win32/Composition with RnwNewArch=true and NuGet-based builds - Update package.json: RN 0.82.1, RNW 1.0.0, template cpp-app - Remove ~28 Paper-only dependencies and 16 patch files - Update CI pipelines (azure-pipelines.yml, ci.yml) for Fabric - Update tests, jest config, and mocks for Fabric architecture - Delete NewArch/ subdirectory (promoted to root) - Update README and documentation Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
