Tasks page is glitching momentarily upon reload

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Nextcloud in a browser
2. Click on the Tasks icon in the top menu and wait until the page is loaded fully
3. Click on the Tasks icon again

Expected behaviour

Tasks page should refresh normally

Actual behaviour

Page glitches momentarily before it is loaded properly (see below image)

Exactly, also see #160 for the first report of this. Since this is purely a visual problem, I won't put effort on fixing it on the Angular branch since it will be resolved with the move to Vue anyway: #194.
