doc: possible lacks in process.md

In util.md there are some mentions of process.noDeprecation, process.traceDeprecation, and process.throwDeprecation properties, but they seem not to be documented in the process.md doc. Is it OK?

Refs: These mentions seem to be added in 2014 only in the util doc.

I think for completion's sake these should be documented in process.md.

I cannot identify in what version they have been added, for yaml part. If anybody is aware of these properties' history and behavior, please document or provide the info.
