Adapt to use i2cdev from esp-idf-lib for inclusion

Hi,

It would be great if the library could be adapted to use the new i2c driver in a compatible way to i2cdev from esp-idf-lib, as that allows integration with all the other drivers there.

This is a very incomplete example using the i2cdev API:

Please note that esp-idf-lib uses the legacy i2c driver.

The legacy i2c driver can't coexist with the new i2c driver.

This is a limitation of ESP-IDF.

If used in conjunction with esp-idf-lib, this library must also use the legacy driver.

No, esp-idf-lib's i2cdev uses the new ng driver. I have it working, but sometimes the transactions fail.
