GitHub does not allow community members to restore a deleted organization or its repositories. Organization deletion is permanent from the user side. The only way to check if recovery is possible is to contact GitHub Support directly and open an urgent support ticket, providing the org name, deletion time, and proof of ownership. GitHub Support is the only team that can verify whether any restoration is possible.
