This was broken by fe0e374. I confirmed no changes so far were made to builtins.pyi that would require porting.

This was broken by fe0e374.
I confirmed no changes so far were made to builtins.pyi that would require
porting. The only differences were two changes made to
__builtin__.pyi(#774, #811).
