ROX-32922: Push Konflux builds to RHACS repo

Note

PR is based on main to trigger Konflux build. Only relevant change is commit titled Push to RHACS repo.

Description

Update output-image-repo in both PipelineRun files to push to quay.io/rhacs-eng/release-acs-mcp-server instead of the default Konflux dev registry.

Images built in the dev registry do not feed the release pipeline.

Validation

• Let Konflux CI run
• Check image is pushed to quay.io repo
