v2025.10.29 intoduces issues loading themes from raw.githubusercontent.com #449

Expected
Loading raw JSON theme files from raw.githubusercontent.com has worked in the past and still works on v2025.05.28. I expect it to also work on v2025.10.29.
Actual
I receive the following errror message when attempting to load a theme file from raw.githubusercontent.com :
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/brittandeyoung/structurizr-azure-devops-theme/refs/heads/main/theme.json - expected content type of application/json, actual content type is text/plain; charset=utf-8
Steps to reproduce
Include a theme hosted on raw.githubusercontent.com and attempt to validate or export using the CLI on version v2025.10.29
